HOW TO GET INVOLVED WITH SHARING THE STAGE

Joining up with Sharing the Stage is easy. Just check out the steps below, and let us know if you have any questions.

  1. Once you've seen an announcement about a show, look for the AUDITION DATE and LOCATION.
  2. Come to the audition--either solo or with your band--with a couple songs to perform. We love originals, but come with whatever material works best for you.
  3. No RSVP needed, but you are welcome to contact us to let us know you're planning to attend.
  4. That's it. We like for you to stay for the whole audition time so you can hear the other performers. That's different than the way some other auditions work, but we find that hearing others helps create a community of musicians for the show coming up.
  5. We will contact all musicians via email the next day to let you know what our lineup of opening acts will be for the show.
  6. Remember, you'll also be committing to two rehearsal dates with all the bands.
  7. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us in advance.
